We collect only the information necessary to facilitate insurance transactions, agent onboarding, and organizational operations.
All agent and client information collected through Legacy Life Financial Group platforms — including personal identification details, financial data, health information, and policy records — is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Data is transmitted securely at all times and stored in encrypted environments accessible only to authorized personnel. We employ strict access controls, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits to ensure the ongoing integrity of all data systems.
Legacy Life Financial Group does not sell, rent, lease, or trade any agent or client personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Any unauthorized disclosure, sale, or commercial exploitation of agent or client data — whether by employees, contractors, affiliated agents, or any third party — constitutes a material breach of our terms of engagement and applicable law.
Individuals found to have sold, disclosed without authorization, or otherwise misappropriated agent or client data will be subject to immediate termination of their contract, civil litigation for damages, and referral to the appropriate state and federal regulatory authorities. Violations may result in substantial civil penalties and criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state statutes.
We collect information provided directly by agents and clients through our secure portal, application forms, and communication channels. This includes name, contact information, professional licensing details, financial information for commission processing, and policy-related data necessary for carrier contracting and client service. We do not collect unnecessary personal information and do not retain data beyond the period required by regulatory and business obligations.
Agents and clients have the right to request access to their personal information, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of data subject to regulatory retention requirements. To exercise any of these rights, contact our compliance team at [email protected].
This policy is effective as of January 1, 2026 and is reviewed annually to ensure continued compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. This Non-Disclosure and Non-Solicitation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below, by and between Legacy Life Financial Group, LLC ("LLFG" or "the Company") and the undersigned independent agent ("Agent").
Agent acknowledges that during the course of their relationship with LLFG, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to:
Agent agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not, without prior written consent of LLFG:
For a period of twenty-four (24) months following the termination of Agent's relationship with LLFG, for any reason, Agent shall not directly or indirectly:

Agent agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, including insurance licensing regulations, anti-fraud statutes, privacy laws, and all carrier compliance guidelines.
Upon termination, Agent shall immediately return all LLFG property, including documents, electronic files, portal credentials, marketing materials, and any copies thereof.
Agent acknowledges that a breach would cause irreparable harm. LLFG shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, specific performance, and monetary damages, including reasonable attorney's fees and legal costs.
The obligations set forth in this Agreement shall survive termination for the applicable periods specified herein.
This Debt Rollup and Financial Responsibility Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below, by and between Legacy Life Financial Group, LLC ("LLFG") and the undersigned independent agent ("Agent").
Agent acknowledges and agrees that they are personally responsible for all chargebacks resulting from policies written by Agent that lapse, cancel, or are returned within the applicable chargeback window (typically 9-12 months, as determined by each carrier). When an advanced commission is paid on a policy that subsequently lapses, the corresponding chargeback amount becomes a debt owed by the Agent to LLFG.
Any unpaid chargeback balances will be aggregated into a "Debt Rollup" balance. This balance:
For Agents holding a Manager role or above, the Debt Rollup balance may include chargebacks attributed to their downline agents when those agents are unable to cover their own chargeback obligations. The upline Manager's override commissions will be applied to cover any shortfall.
Agent must resolve all outstanding Debt Rollup balances in full prior to or upon termination of their relationship with LLFG. Specifically:
Failure to satisfy outstanding Debt Rollup obligations will result in legal action. Agent acknowledges and agrees that:
Agent acknowledges that the insurance business involves inherent financial risk, including the possibility of policy lapses and resulting chargebacks. Agent accepts this risk and agrees to manage their book of business responsibly to minimize chargeback exposure.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Agent is primarily licensed. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.
